Hello, i was in mt moon 1f with my oddish, when i got lvl up and about to learn new skill npc got close to me for fight after win that fight my poke did not learn the new skill even i clicked it to forget sleep powder and learn mega drain. It still has sleep powder and do not have the mega drain. Is there anyone can help ?

Don't worry there is a solution for that.

 

In each region, you can find 2 Move Relearners.

In Kanto, they are located in Saffron or Cerulean. And Cerulean is the next city you'll visit!

 

The Move relearner can teach any move that your pokemon could know by level. It costs 2k per move.
