Why didn't I get the light stone when I completed the dungeon?

There is a chance...more precisely, not 100% as I remember like last year

Completing the XMAS Dungeon the third time gives you a 100% chance to get the Light Stone. 

You can start the quest after having completed the Kyurem Quest(More info here), by talking to Mannes in Eindoak Town, who will tell you about a Battle Tournament, completing which you get the Dark Stone. With the Light Stone obtained from the Dungeon, you can get both Reshiram and Zekrom from the Dragonspiral Tower Quest.
