Celadon City Game Corner - Martin Bug

Hi all, hope I am at the right place for this:

NPC Martin at Celadon Game Corner tells me each day, that I have to wait a day before I can buy another 50 Coins for 5000P$.

Which is funny as I have never gotten any. To make sure I have no coins, I talked to Quack Jack and tried to play for 1 coin. He tells me I dont have enough Coins.

Is there any Item I need to get like a Coinbag or something to play?
