@Edwinliiiii This statement has been deleted from your opening post as it conflicts with the Auction Rules. An end point can only be extended if a bid is placed in the last 15 minutes of an auction - in which is extended for the following 15 minutes, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes.
