I've bought a quit good sylveon and planned to train it. However I checked its dex in the game and found out all fairy type moves have gone. While clefable has moonblast and azumarill can learn play rough, I think there can be some fairy type moves for sylveon. U may point out that gardevoir doesn't got a fairy type move either, but remember gadevoir is also a psychic type pokemon. As a sylveon is hard to get or expensive to buy, it's quite frustrated to find out that the Sylveon is just a decoration without any useful moves. So please add some fairy type move tutors in the game.

At the moment, the moveset of pokemon gen 6 not updated yes. As a result, you cannot learn for sylveon any fairy move (relate to gen 6 moveset) even having move tutor or not. It will add in the future for sure (moveset update and movetutor/tm), but no estimate at the current. Sorry for your inconvenience.
