As the title says, I have accidently removed my release a pokemon with an EXP Share item, I wanted to know if its possible to retrive the  EXP Share item back.

if a pokémon that u release wears a item, the item get back to your backpack
just take a look there

Hello, As the title says I have lost my EXP share by releasing a pokemon by mistake and I got to know that its a limited item to a user and is un-purchasable. Can I know how to retrieve it back ?

I still don't have it in my inventory for some reason. I did also check my PC for other pokemon holding items and I still don't find it.

The EXP. Share item has not been retrieved by you on this account, yet. You need to speak to Prof's Aide at any one of the following locations to obtain it:

• Route 2 Stophouse 3 in Kanto
• National Park Stop House 1 in Johto
• Mauville Stop House 3 in Hoenn
• Route 214 Stop House in Sinnoh

Note that you can only get one EXP. Share for each your accounts from any one of the mentioned places and the item is untradable, as you also mentioned.

Also as, @Backo0711 said, for which I'd like to thank them for replying, releasing Pokemon doesn't release the item the Pokemon is holding.
