You can transfer servers from the PRO Dashboard page(More info here), after logging into your account in there and then going into the Server Transfer tab. Here you can transfer servers for free every 30 days, any additional Server Transfers in between will cost 100 coin shop coins. Bear in mind that you won't be able to transfer if you have any open lending trades.

Here's how to transfer servers:

You won't lose any progress nor will you face any limitations in accordance to progress or content, it is all same in the other server too. Just that the community, the people would be different.
