Hey there @Nokko,

If you're still needing help you can use a Soothe Bell on you pokemon and it'll help them gain more happiness.
You can also use the items that help raise each EV stat (Protein, Iron, Calcium,  Zinc, Carbos, and HP ups) each giving 2 happiness.
If you need more information about this you can refer here; Information on Happiness and it'll help on what will gain/lose for happiness.
