I got my ralts up to lvl 97 and then I let it evolved to Kirlia and Guardevoir lvl 100. The problem is that Guardevoir cant learn Moonblast form the Move Buffet... Help please ;( -.- What have you already tried to solve the problem? Interesting username by the way... Unfortunately, not all of the Pokemon in this game have been updated to their current Gen 6 movesets.
