I need to require the attack spore or sleep powder to pass a blocked section by the NPC Officer Eric. But everytime I try to make him sleep, what you need to do, it doesnt show the option to use these atttacks. My question is what i should do now.

Bring along a pokemon with such moves in your party, then talk to him, this will enable you the option to choose the correct pokemon to put him to sleep.

You need to aquire the attack sleep powder or spore to pass the blocked section. Because there is a NPC his name is Eric who blocks it. Usually there is a option during the monologue where you can choose which pokemon you choose to make him (the NPC) sleep. My Problem is that this option doesnt appear.

The Problem is that i already have 2 Pokemons that has these attacks. One has Spore the other one has Sleep Powder

Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your Goldenrod quest.

 

You must have a Fresh Water that can be purchasable in the Department store in a vending machine, once you have the Fresh Water and a Pokémon with spore or Sleep Powder you will now have the option to offer the Fresh Water to the Security Officer Eric.
