The Problem is that i already have 2 Pokemons that has these attacks. One has Spore the other one has Sleep Powder

You need to aquire the attack sleep powder or spore to pass the blocked section. Because there is a NPC his name is Eric who blocks it. Usually there is a option during the monologue where you can choose which pokemon you choose to make him (the NPC) sleep. My Problem is that this option doesnt appear. Please i need help.

I need to require the attack spore or sleep powder to pass a blocked section by the NPC Officer Eric. But everytime I try to make him sleep, what you need to do, it doesnt show the option to use these atttacks. My question is what i should do now.
