Like @Niuniu and @I3dontknow32 say, you need a Mysterious Candy.
 

I'd like to add that you can buy them at the PvE Shop (for 2 PvE Coins each), the PvP Shop (for 1 PvP Coin each) or any Department Store (for 5k each)!
