I have removed Event forms from your thread as they do not belong in Pokemon Shops - Silver . Feel free to create a similar shop for your forms in Shiny and Special Pokemon - Silver. For a better understanding of how to properly utilize trade related sub-forums, please take a look over General Trade Rules.
