As already said thousand times, the adroid version is released some days later than the other versions. That message you have means the android version is not ready yet.

So, as I am doing now, just wait.

We don't have a release date/release time for you. It'll be released when it's ready. Whenever a new client is released, the Android version takes a few extra days to be uploaded because it is a longer process to make the game available on that platform.
