My account reached 999 in rare candies and it is not increasing after that. I collect a lot more than 30 after that. Is it possible to get the candies? Thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience,

Unfortunately, once you've reached the max amount x999 for an item you will no longer be able to gain anymore items
till after you've used some of those items, until then you wont be able to gain anymore. So unfortunately, we can't return those rare candies you lost as it would also be unfair for the other players who did the same. Best way to not have this happen is to trade some to another account you have so you can gain more.

I know this is not the answer you're wanting and I do apologize, but there is nothing we can do.
