I have removed the "3x30+" part from your thread's title since it is misleading. Feel free to edit the title however you like while making sure it is in accordance with General Trade Rules.

The outcome of this auction has been forced due to the winner being currently restricted from trading. 

 

The Ursaring has been transferred to Ash2006 from whom 250k were removed and added to @Lordofthetrades.
