Hello, I accidentally levelup my Riolu and Munchlax to lvl100. I hire a lvl services for them and when done the person that I hired give back my riolu and munchlax with both lvl97. And I accidentally lvl them both to 100. I tried to full the happiness of riolu and give him mysterious candy in Day time but still not evolving as well as my munchlax I also made him full happiness and give mys candy and still not evolving. What should I do? Can anyone help me? I really want to evolve and use this two pokemon.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Can you try fainting each of them once in a wild/pokemon trainer battle and re-max the happiness for each of your pokemon (Riolu during the day).
Close the game fully then re-use the Mysterious Candy?
