Cant evolve Gligar.

What have you done before the problem was there?

i lvl my gligar to lvl 100. i have one error whit rare candy.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i tolk whit gm and he explain me how contact us.

My Gligar cant evolve because is lvl 100. i had a error whit rare candy.

 

I need help to level down one lvl my gligar. if gligar is lvl 99 i can evolve him.

Nothing can be done unfortunately, in the future make sure to evolve it at level 99

Hi, I know you will not want to hear this, but you cannot de-level. I am so sorry, however you will need check carefully before evolve to final. I also recommend evolve poke at level around 98 for avoiding personal mistake as well as crash bug can happen. Sorry for your inconvenience.
