Cant login because losing my email.

Hi its been more than a week since i post this issue on forum https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/232071-cant-login-lost-my-email-after-3-years/ 
and because there is no response. Here im posting this again in hope to get help so I can play with my account again.

Here again the issue is I havent played for 3years and now when login it requires device aproval through email.. but I have lost my old email and wish to change email.

Please help!

First, sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Both of you already started the conversation with the Staff handling the 2FA!

From now on, you must stick to your 2FA, wait there and answer the questions asked there.

Creating more threads won't make things faster!

 

You must understand that due to the sensitive datas, only a few Staff can proceed manually with 2FA. And there are hundreds of request waiting.

Please, also understand that Staff Team is made of volunteers that dedicate their free-time to PRO.

 

As the question is answered, I will now lock this topic.
