You have been punished for poorly handling your auction. Once an auction starts, you are not allowed to make adjustments to End Point anymore. Since you have done it twice, Ralts ended up being traded even though your auction was supposed to still be running. Unfortunately, it can not be reversed anymore due to various reasons. Please make sure to carefully read Auction Rules in order not to repeat similar mistakes.
