The 1m bid was acknowledged after the end point, therefore invalid. If it was valid and placed in the last 15 minutes, it would need to be held for a full 15 minutes before being announced the winner. Your trade with @Puchederre has been reversed. The correct outcome has been forced - the Shiny Cacnea has been transferred to @19rubenz from whom 900k were removed and added to @Thezodiac1. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
