I am still new to the game and recently got to Vermilion city, after finishing the SS Anne quest none of my Pokemon are able to learn cut to get to the gym. I've tried logging out and back in but nothing seems to be working, am I missing something?

I am sorry to hear about your situation.

Have you tried using the HM01-Cut on your Budew and Oddish? If not, please do and let me know if the move learning prompt appears and you are able to replace one of the moves for Cut.
