I have removed the 26+ part from your thread's title. You can not advertise your Dratini as 26+ due to DEF IV not being at least 26. Feel free to adjust your title as you wish. However, always make sure that it is in accordance with General Trade Rules.

- When stating a Pokemon is IV+ (25+, 26+, etc), all stats must be equal to, or above the advertised numbers.

›  Exception: Decreased ATK, SPATK or SPD stats.
