please can you fix or answer me to this problem log in problem.. i cant login in red server,its says.. " can not connect server" but when i look in status checker..its said its online.. i tried to login many times but thats always the problem.. but in blue server i can log in with no problem.. please help me on that login issue..

Red server is currently online, so let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

 

Try these steps:

1. Close your game client.

2. Re-open your game client and try to log in.

 

If that doesn't work, try this:

1. Restart your computer.

2. Log into the game.

 

If THAT doesn't work, try this:

1. Close your game client.

2. Restart your router.

3. Re-open your game client and try to log in.
