what about our ban id if server merged

Hi .We all got an announcement about server merging.
But my 2 id banned.So if server merging complete my 2 ban  id will be gone forever?

Like Walross said in his announcement :

Your account can't be deleted if it doesn't meet both requirements.

So having more than 10 minutes of playtime on an account will prevent it to be deleted.

    My 2 acc doesn't meet any of this 2 reqiurements.But wht if it's late to unban my id and then it across more than 6 months last login?
