I deeply apologize for the inconvenience experienced.

 

This is an issue we have guidelines for in the Windows Problems with the Patcher(click to check). For this case, here's what it reads:

1. If you receive this error message, the patcher should create a patcherError.txt in your game folder.
   • The error message should be in the same language as your Windows.
2. Open the patcherError.txt with a text editor. The Windows editor should be sufficient, if you have no alternative installed.
3. If there's an Access denied error message, deactivate your anti-virus program and try it again.
   • Please inform us about the client version (32- or 64-bit) and antivirus program you are using, even if you are able to fix it.
4. If it still does not work or there is another error message:
   • Create a forum post in General Support with the full content of your patcherError.txt.

According to what the guidelines here suggest, will you please check in the game folder, which should read as PROClient in the File Explorer and see and tell us what the patcherError.txt reads, opening it in a text editor, such as Notepad?

 

If it gives an Access Denied error message, deactivate your antivirus program and and try running the patcher again or you can redownload the opposite bit client version like, if you have the 32 bit one running you can download and install the 64 bit client. Any of the fixes suggested should fix the issue.

Even if you end up fixing it, please do inform me about the client version(32 or 64 bit) and the antivirus that you are using - this is crucial for us to know so that we can ensure that it doesn't happen in someone else's case.

In case you don't end up fixing it, please screenshot the patcherError.txt showing us what it reads and we'll take it from there.
