What have you done before the problem was there?

Boarded the S.S. Anne, battled all trainers, spoke to all NPC's and checked every trash can.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Yes. Looked up several guides to ensure I wasn't doing any steps wrong. Also reset my game several times.

Hello all,

I've recently cleared the S.S. Anne with only one big problem. I can't give the antidote to the captain to continue forward with my quest. I have followed several guides (all saying the same thing) and done each step by step. Defeating all trainers, checking all trash cans, talking to all NPC's, even reset my game, but with no success. Is there anyone who can help with this issue? Thanks ahead of time.

Did you interact/talk with the Clefairy in the Ball Room?

Indeed I have.

So let's go through each step on this thread.

• -Speak to the Doctor in the kitchen.
  -Speak to the pharmacist on the second floor last room.
  -Defeat Jackson.
  -Speak to the Doctor again.
  -Speak to the Captain.
  -Speak to the Clefairy/Pokemon in the Ball Room.
  -Speak to the Captain again.

 

That is honestly all I remember for SS Anne, all of these sound familiar to you?

Yep. Server just reset and it allowed me to do it. Thanks for the help.
