As you can see, Golbat has Infiltrator as his hidden ability. There is a chance of 5% to encounter a pokemon with its hidden ability. Jmido8 Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Every pokemon will have 1 of 3 abilities it can spawn with. 2 of the abilities are pretty common and the other ability is pretty rare, about a 5% chance to spawn have it. These abilities aren't skills u use in game but more like passive abilities that affect the pokemon in some way. If you look at your pokemon, it should say something about his nature and ability. If you check your pokedex, you can see all the available abilities for that pokemon. The ability that is pink is the hidden. Likewise you can use a website to check which abilities are considered hidden and what affects they have.
