What have you done before the problem was there?

I have traded with a guy, Rare Candy but have simply disappeared so I told him . Him did not believe me that he said that he would like me reports . 1 day later , I was spellbound . My question I why you banish me if I do not gotten from him , but my Rare Candys are gone . So but I'm missing something . So please un bann me

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I talked to the live chat they told me to go because the support to have nothing with Bans
