Could anyone please give me an explenation *why* the server is down/frozen so much?

9 out of 10 times i want to log in its frozen again, status checker doesnt give info.

I understand its live *beta* but for it go down/freeze so much? thats really a bad thing, even i start to get frustrated over a game now xD.

 

So please tell me why, i just wanna know.. :)

If server is frozen they have some reasons for that...anyway I am interesting in how long it will be?

As stated several times we're experience hosting issues, although this situation should be sorted out soon.
