What does that mean? when I trade with someone and I see that he is honorable I give him "honor point". I think that this thing could prevent some scam through trade. Something similar has already been rejected for the reason that someone with high honor points could abouse of his credibility in a bad way. Yea I suggested this a while ago. It was rejected because people could either boost their points or other people wouldn't trade with some one because they have a low amount of points.
