The Auction started at 11:42 on Saturday (UTC-03:00) City of Buenos Aires, the Auction was supposed to end at 11:42 on Tuesday, which would count 72 hours, but I checked the auction rules and it said that missing 15 minutes until the end of the auction, any bid during this period will have to be reset again to 15 minutes as shown in the rule taken directly from the website

" - In-game: End points cannot be extended for any reason, and must be accurate to the second that the auction is set to end. It is recommended to use timestamps to manage your auction correctly.

› e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00:00, bids are valid until 14:59:59 and no later.

- Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Must be accurate to the minute that the auction is set to end.

› e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00. If a late bid is received in the final 15 minutes, at 14:46, the auction will end at 15:01. If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes."

She sent me an offer at 11:38:08 on Tuesday, the time at which the auction should end would be 11:42 if there wasn't even an offer with 15 minutes left until the end of the auction, after her offer I informed her above from the print that the time would be extended for another 15 minutes as shown in the forum rule and this was done, after the end of 15 minutes the auction was closed and the pokemon was handed over to the person who won the auction

Invalid bid as the 72 hours frame passed, I'm waiting for a TMod to resolve the auction

I put the written evidence in a post here on the forum, and after seeing that your accusations are false due to the evidence I presented, I will report it

Shiggi's bid is at 04:41 PM as of your update comment. I think you should recheck the time.
I also acknowledged about the 15 mins rule and it didn't applicable here. The moment the auction ended your timer in your original post also turn 00:00 but I think you didn't check it as well.
After I recheck your post about Shiggi's bid, even when the time does appear in your screenshot, it's your responsibility to keep the auction post up-to-date in the forum, which wasn't the case here. Your update comment is about 1 hour late compare to the end time of the auction, hence I said it's invalid.

Auction rule, article 2:

2. All bids must be acknowledged, and all current/best offers must be publicly announced with the bidder's username and bid amount.

- In-game: This applies to every trade post related to the auction. Evidence of all bids received must be made and kept, to be made available upon Staff request. Timestamps are preferred.

- Forum: This applies to every in-game bid received, and must be acknowledged in the auction thread with a screenshot. Timestamps are preferred.

This does not apply to bids received on the forum.

Bids made on Discord are not valid or accepted.

- Accepting known false bids (from alternative account, friend, guildmate, etc) is prohibited.

1- According to your comment Shiggi bid at 04:41 PM and it was uploaded in the auction, first the player bid at 11:39:08 (UTC-03:00) City of Buenos Aires in case you are trying to say that the bid was only uploaded on the website at 11:41 (UTC-03:00) City of Buenos Aires, even so the auction started at 11:42 so it would still be within time

2- Between taking a print, opening the website, placing the translated message on the website along with the print, this takes a while to be done, and even using this time it was still within the time limit.  According to your statement, the post was made at 11:41 and the auction started at 11:42

If your statement is about the timer, I already explained it in the report I made and I can repeat it here, when I started the auction the timer was not on, 40 minutes after starting the auction, I saw in other auctions that people used a timer and I found the idea interesting, as I had started the auction 40 minutes ago, so I put the time of 2 days 23 hours and 20 minutes, if that is why you are stating that "the auction ended almost 1 hour later" this Your statement is false because I just explained above why the timer did not show 2 days 23 hours and 20 minutes instead of 3 days

Hello all,

@Phuongismylife Thank you for bringing this to our attention in the correct means, except in the future im going to ask you not to try and solve it yourself on the thread alone, and just let staff investigate it once made aware.

To clarify this:

The reason you are seeing the times are skewed for you here and not the seller is because of the recent European clock change that occured over the past weekend for you, and not @Souoca123
image.png.ab75ecf310db4ee17ce781488ce046ee.png

With this being said, no sort of infractions were committed here in relation to the auction by the seller, it just happened to be a time change for you @Phuongismylife which the auctioneer was unaffected by.

I hope i was able to clear this up, this auction was ended correctly and sold to the proper winner. When time changes occur within our community on the trade forums, it can be a tricky period as our player base is scattered throughout the world and not everyone is affected by similar changes, keep this in mind for the future.

Will be locking this thread as there is no further action to take here.
