On which server issue happened: RED

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

The problem started 3 to 4 days ago, it is only the red server that is the problem I cannot login

Most likely you're just getting unlucky and trying to login while the server is timed out. Right now as of this thread being made, the server is still unresponsive making logging in impossible. It's been a little unstable the past few days.

 

And just a heads up, even though I kinda understand why people are confused because the website says it's online but it actually isnt, keep this rule in mind just in-case so next time you won't risk a forum moderator getting irritated:

 

1. Do not ask about server status. The topic will be locked instantly.

I have the same problem I'm able to log in to Blue server but not red, even though its online. Please help.

If you're trying to login but cannot and the server is online, chances are it's full. You just need to keep trying and you'll eventually get in. Make sure the server is in fact online, sometimes the status will show it is, when it isn't. Use the PRO Chat if you need to double check.
