From what I see, it may be possible your Antivirus software is blocking access to the PRO installer. What I would recommend you try and do is deactivate your Antivirus for a small time, just until the installation of the PRO installer is done. Before doing so, I would recommend deleting all current PRO files and head back to the download page to download an up to date version of the PROClient: https://pokemonrevolution.net/download
