I was normally playing on red server when some trainer walked to me and wanted a battle, but my game froze and the sound of the trainer played again and again. I logged out and in but when I talked to another trainer it froze again.

That's normal. It's just some server instability. When the server reboots it will be alright.

Just go exp or train your pokemons and wait for server being restarted ;] It happens few times per day for almost every player. It's just server. You can't do anything with that.
