I have been looking for him for hours now.
I checked at the 4 following locations that I found from other users and he isn't there.

8th friend (Bambang) @ Cave Of Origin B2F

Fiery Path 

Jagged pass (right side)

Jagged pass 

 

Can he be somewhere else?

Hello there! I am sorry for the inconvenience of not being able to find Rachel's friend Bambang. I can confirm that the following locations are potential spawns for Bambang:
 

1. Cave Of Origin B2F - If spawned here, he will be towards the right side of the cave
2. Fiery Path - If spawned here, he will be in the Northeast corner of Fiery Path
3. Jagged pass (right side) - If spawned here, he will be in the East-most path of Jagged Pass
4. Jagged pass - If spawned here, he will be towards the middle of Jagged Pass

I understand that it can be frustrating looking for hours with no results, but please try checking these spots again to see if you can find him.
