Hello, I have tried the option in the dashboard. I see the button that says transfer, but how can I choose what to transfer to which server? I would like to have my solver info transferred to the gold one.

When you press the "Server Transfer" button, the transfer will initiate automatically. You cannot choose specific items to transfer or exclude. If you transfer from, say, the Gold server to the Silver server, your character and all associated data will move to the Silver server. Everything will be transferred except for PvP and PvE coins, if I recall correctly.
