I'm in the process of doing the Jirachi quest, but I am unable to get past Aqua/Magma grunts in the Cave of Origin. I used the Jirachi quest walkthrough from the legendries guide posted in our walkthrough section

 

I have fought the 3 Regis for dex info. I fought Rayquaza for dex info, but lost. It was not there upon return, nor was I able to encounter it from Nikoli in the Unknown Place. I found and defeated both Latios and Latias. 

 

Im unsure what I can do further, and request help troubleshooting this issue. Playtime of 50h in Hoenn shouldn't be an issue, I've beaten all regions, and I have 321 evo. Searching on the forums showed a few players having a similar issue, but unclear what the resolution was.

Hi, try taking a party in which all mons are level 100.
