My happiny hasn't evolved

 

Hello there! I'm pleased to inform you that your Happiny can still evolve as-is. For Pokemon that have evolutionary requirements (i.e. Level up, learning a specific move, etc.), but have reached level 100, you can make use of the Mysterious Candy. As long as the conditions for its evolution are met, the Pokemon can evolve by using the candy from your inventory. For your Happiny, you will need to make it hold the Oval Stone and use the Mysterious Candy on it during the Daytime. 

 

You can obtain a Mysterious candy by purchasing them from any of the Department Stores for 5,000 Pokedollars each. You can also acquire them from the PvE coin shop for 2 PvE Coins, or from the PvP coin shop for 1 PvP Coin.
