So today after completing forlorn dungeon while i was catching poke in reward chamber i noticed i have lost all my pokeballs thats why
i was unable to catch 4 rare pokes including bagon rotom treeko and houndour also after leaving the dungeon i did not get my pokeballs back i had a bunch of normal great and some ultra balls also had 1 master ball and many diffrent types of ball like repeat ball, fast ball, level ball , lure ball like every kind of ball more than 20 i lost everything even reloging didnt help 
 

Solved it the pokeballs were with pinkan island guard its solved now

Glad to know your issue was resolved thankfully. Indeed, it can be sometimes confusing to know and understand that the Pinkan Island Guard keeps your Pokéball until you come out. Nevertheless, glad to know it was resolved.
