Hey I'm pretty sure this is where this post goes but I'm not sure.

The GUI Scale in the past allowed me to make it big enough to actually touch the menu button when playing on android. That's no longer the case and has been unplayable for well over a year in this state. Before the replies tell me about the resolution, that's not an option anymore for most modern phones it only allows flipping the resolution which makes it look comically stretched.

Any new phone I have downloaded it onto has the same problem, the GUI is in no way optimized for a phone despite the fact that it used to be an option.

What happened? Can we have a serious discussion about the playability on phones. It's such a shame too because like I've said, it used to be playable, but for too long it has been way too small for the max GUI Scale.

What can be done to make it playable again? Something as simple as moving the menu button or just simply making it bigger would go a long way to me wanting to spend money in this game again and I do not think I am alone.  Even taking the UI and offsetting it from the very edge of the screen will probably allow for pressing the button but I still have my doubts with the GUI being so small at max scale.

What can be done and who do I ask about implementing the old GUI scaling? I figured I'd make this topic after downloading the new client today and seeing it's the same old impossible to play UI, I'm just discouraged from playing this game when it's been like this for so long.

Did you already changed the GIU scale in settings?

Hey codexed, thanks for the reply here's a screenshot, it's not possible to touch the menu button since it is much too small. It's like this on every phone my household has and for my friends with newer androids as well (I'll ask them what phones they have). The issue is the GUI Scale is innately too low at max setting.

Hey clumsygirl thank you as well, yes my GUI is at max.

Hello again, @Mclenzi! Thank you for the screenshot. Unfortunately, this is the intended view and scaling when playing on an Android phone. If you would like to see this changed in the future, you can make a thread in the Suggestions Sub Forum

In this unfortunate situation that no further action can be taken here, I will go ahead and lock this thread. If you do have any more questions or concerns in the future, please feel free to create a new thread. Have a wonderful day!
