Hello again! Thank you for the screenshot. Since Riolu evolves into Lucario via max happiness during the Daytime, please try the following from 10:00-20:00 In-game time:

  • Decrease happiness of the Riolu by letting it faint via a wild Pokemon battle
  • After having it faint, bring it to a Pokemon Center to heal it to full HP
  • Use the groomers after the previous steps to raise it back to max happiness (255)

Remember, you can check your Pokemon's happiness level by using the command /happy 1-6 (based on which slot the Riolu is in your party). If this still does not work, please provide screenshots of the Riolu's happiness after each step, and I will be happy to further investigate this for you. Looking forward to your reply!
