hello i did the bidoof world quest and i reached 0.50% of contribution. when i talk to the cultist it says the master has no need of assistance. did i contribute enough or not?

You did not do anything wrong. Unfortunately, it seems that the Gold server overall did not reach the IV threshold asked by the Cultist, so players who had contributed were awarded Mysterious Ticket Shards instead of a Mysterious Ticket. You should have those in your Inventory. 

If after checking your Inventory you do not find Mysterious Ticket Shards, please do come back and tell us and we will look further into it.
