I logged into my account 5 minutes ago and all the progress I had in gold has been deleted 🥲 Help please. 

I only play gold and I was already in Saffron City. Please give me back my advances that I had before going back to zero.

I took a look at your account, and it seems there is another account that you own that has your progress stored on it on the Gold server. The name of the account is Ryuukahn. Hello, you were right, it was another account. but last night when I tried to recover my account, I entered the account email and it did not recognize it. so I changed the email account just in case. thank you very much 😊
