Hi, I would like to know how to reset the game so that I can start from the beginning and I can't find anything that can reset me.

I would also like to know if it is possible or not to play with the controller. if yes then how?

Can you help me please?

You can create new account and add your this account Gmail to that account gmail

no i want to keep this account especially the email I currently have... have you an another idea

Hello there! Firstly, unfortunately, we cannot reset your game so that you can restart from the beginning on the server that you have been playing on. With that being said, you are more than welcome to start fresh on the server that you have not played on since your save state goes by a single server basis. Additionally, I know you said you wanted to keep the name of your account, but you are allowed to create up to 4 accounts which could be another option you can explore. 

 

Concerning controller support, you can enable the "Allow Controller" setting in the options of the game. Please note that the integration for controller support is not perfect and some players have experienced issues with this setting. If you do encounter issues with this, the bugs are already known and there is currently no ETA on when they will be fixed.
