On which server issue happened: RED

What have you done before the problem was there?

every time i talk to some one the game gets struck i cannot move from that place what should i do?? if i logout and login i am able to move him but once i talk to some one the problem repeats.

Description and Message

Whenever the server is unstable try to refrain from talking to NPC's. After a while an admin/ developer is contacted and they will reboot the server. Should be fixed soon.
