The last request, is related to Porygon, I wanted a way to get the item that makes evolve Porygon Porygon 2 and Z.

Pokemon movesets haven't been updated to Gen 6 yet. For that you'll just have to wait.

You can already evolve Porygon in to Porygon 2, not sure about Porygon Z though.

But Azurill and flabebe already have these movements, flabebe not had and after a suggestion from a player, he was placed moonblast to flabebe.

Not all Pokemon have their moveset updated to Gen VI.

I know your feels I have a Gardevour as well but just keep in mind that the staff has loads of things to work on and they also have jobs and family as well, they do PRO as a hobby. Sooner or later every Pokemon will have their Gen VI movesets but until then just wait and train other useful Pokemon :)
