As @Lugario mentioned, please first by deleting all PRO related files from your computer, and redownloading the latest version of the client via this link: Pokemon Revolution Online Client. After reinstalling, if you still face the same issue, I would be more than happy to investigate this further for you. You're welcome! If this does not work, there is also an issue with some antiviruses that could cause some needed files to be deleted. To fix this, please either temporarily disable/deactivate your antivirus, or whitelist PRO from your antivirus. After doing so, please redownload the client from the link that I provided above. Looking forward to seeing if this solves your issue!
