I have a problem, not to go to valley dialogue trainer I get.

I comply with the following requirements:

61 evolves

all captured pokemon to Kanto, except legendarys.

red defeat

quest subway complete.

Your issues just got fixed, and will need to next patch for updated. After that you will need to beat again before can go trainer valley. Hope it can help you. Locked. Same issue as here. Please follow the thread there.
