Hello there!

 

It's been a while since the last time I played (2015) and I had quite a few things. I tried to return, but when I logged in my account seemed to be fresh new? No pokemon on pokedex or anything else. I recall that I last logged out in the Halloween island, I don't know if that's anything. I checked the merge option as well, but when I checked that I have $7,494 and no pokemon at all with only two hours and 45 minutes played.

 

Is there any kind of bug or something that I'm missing? In the merge option the blue server is actually empty.

Which server did you merged for your main account with the progress? Gold or Silver? 

 

Could you try to join both to see if your progress is on the other server from the one you trying to join?

@Lugario I didn't merge yet because one of them shows with a progress that's not... logical? Like it shows 2 hours, $ and 0 in pokedex... and I'm sure I played way more than that and the other one has nothing at all. I can't recall what server I used to play in, so I don't dare to do the merging but I was almost sure it was gold? I didn't want to touch anything just in case because it said that merging can't be undone and I didn't want to mess up.

Hello there! I am sorry for the inconvenience of missing your data on your account. When merging your accounts from the old "Red" and "Blue" servers, please keep in mind that you need to merge the data from both of the servers to regain all of your progress. Here is some information regarding this, as mentioned by Shinohara:

For those who aren't already aware, the Red and Blue server has merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. If you played on either the Red or Blue server, you will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server and have access to your past game data.

 

We made this post to inform you of everything you need to know about the merge.

 

You can choose to merge both accounts, or keep them, as shown below on this screenshot.

Do note, if you decide to merge, then the story progress on one account will be deleted, but you get to keep all Pokemon, items, etc.

 

 

How to merge:

1. Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on the Merge message that appear in the page. If that does not appear, please switch to "My Account" or "Server Transfer" to make ti appear.
2. Step 2: After that, make sure to pick the server you used to play on.  
   Done!

@Codexed I did the merging and it did not work. But a friend managed to log in and found out that I had another username, but I can't recall the password neither the e-mail that was linked to. Would it be possible to help me out with recovering such data?
